【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodologyfordeterminationofthecharacteristicvaluesnecessaryforthedesignofweldedconstructionsforexamplevesselsandtanks,ventilationducting,containersandapparatus.ItisassumedthatdueregardispaidtothestandardsandCodesofPracticelistedinclause2asfarasthechoiceofmaterialsandtheirprocessingareconcerned.Thedataisapplicableforstaticloading.TherelevantENstandardsorISOstandardsareapplicabletothedesigncalculations,dimensions,constructionandtestingofthevariousstructures.Thisstandardappliestoawiderangeofthermoplasticsmaterials,forexample:Polyethylene(PE),Polypropylene(PP),PolyvinylChloride(PVC)andPolyvinylideneFluoride(PVDF).AnnexAgivesminimumpropertiesforspecificgradesofthesematerials.Theuseofotherthermoplasticsispermitted,providedthattheircreeppropertiesexceedtheminimumvaluesgiveninannexAfortheknownmaterials.PropertiesshouldbedeterminedinaccordancewiththerelevantISOandENstandards.Thisallowstheintroductionofthermoplasticswithimprovedpropertiesasappropriatedatabecomesavailable.
